Shipping policy

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days (Monday thru Friday, excludes holidays and weekends). This does not include holidays (Oct-January) and new collections- please allow up to 14 business days. 

Orders are sent via USPS/UPS. If you wish to have shipping insurance, please leave in note section or email northerntiesmn@gmail.com prior to your order as there are additonal fees the customer will be responsible for paying. 

Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Northern Ties MN is responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control. If you wish to have shipping insurance, please leave that in the comment section at checkout. If you choose not to buy shipping insurance, Northern Ties will not provide a refund.  If the order fails to deliver as you placed the wrong address during checkout you will be responsible for all shipping fees. Please be sure you have the correct shipping address. 

Northern Ties is not responsible for the initial shipping fee.
