This location is not a storefront. Northern Ties is done out of a residential home. All shopping is done online at northerntiesmn.com

 

  • Why doesn't my discount code work? Discount codes do not work on reverse tie dye or clearance items. Any clearance reverse tie-dye is final sale.

    •  I forgot to use my discount code? Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied after your order has been submitted. You will not be reimbursed if you forget to use a discount code. 

      • When should I expect my order?  All orders are shipped out within 2-5 business days. This does not include holidays (Oct-December), weekends or large drops/new releases - for those allow up to 14 business days. Please allow extra business for large drops. Please note: business days are Monday through Friday. 

        • Do you ship outside of the United States? No. Northern Ties only ships within the US. If you are outside the US and select local pickup (as Northern Ties does not offer shipping outside of the states) you will be responsible for pickup and/or all fees or a 15% restocking fee (whichever is greater).

          • When I select local pickup is this commercial or residential? My business is done from my home in Monticello, Minnesota. When a customer selects local pick up they will be picking up from my home (porch pick up), this location is not a storefront. I have security cameras so your package is safe prior to your arrival.
            • You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick up and you must coordinate a pickup time. I have two german shepherds and want to be sure they are inside upon your arrival. 

            • What is your exchange/refund policy? Learn more about exchanges here.  Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. If you need to cancel your order you will be subject to a restocking fee (this covers all credit card processing fees. Please note, items on clearance (holiday specials/Black Friday), on social stories (IG/Facebook/TikTok stories), are final sale. You cannot exchange these items.

              • What size am I? Please read all descriptions and size charts. If you scroll to the bottom of the page there are also reviews that are very helpful. If you have further questions, email northerntiesmn@gmail.com 

                •  Do you offer wholesale? Not at this time. I will make an announcement if and when I offer wholesale.
