Refund policy

Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. If you need to cancel your order after placing, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee on total order amount. This includes accidental orders out of Northern Ties control. 

How to start an exchange/return: Please contact Northern Ties to inform of the exchange/return, so we can keep an eye out for your package. Email Jackie at northerntiesmn@gmail.com to start the exchange/return process. 

If your order arrived damaged, please contact northerntiesmn@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your order (tags attached/must be unworn). If a return label was created by Northern Ties, you have 7 business days to get the damaged product to the post office. After 7 business days, your label will be invalid and unable to return damaged product. 

How an exchange works: Exchanges/Returns are accepted only within 30 days of delivery date. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees to Northern Ties. This includes sending it back to Northern Ties and sending it back to you, the customer. Once the product(s) is/are received Northern Ties will send an invoice for shipping fee back to you. Once shipping fee is paid, Northern Ties will ship out your new size(s). After you return once, the exchange will be final and items will no longer be refundable or exchangeable. *Returns are only processed through mail delivery ONLY. 

*FREEBIES* If you received a free product and now are under the order value, your product cost (example socks: $12) will be removed from the refund amount. 

Any returned item must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original condition. Tags must be attached. This includes no odor. Northern Ties has the right to refuse your exchange if you fail at any of the above. Your package will be returned to you and are subject to a shipping charge.

Holiday and/or themed (USA/July 4th), clearance/any item on sale, Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals, Instagram/Facebook stories, or mystery bags/items cannot be exchanged and are final sale. 

Northern Ties highly recommends that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. Northern Ties is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier.
