This location is not a storefront. Northern Ties is done out of a residential home. All shopping is done online at northerntiesmn.com 

 

• Why doesn't my discount code work? Discount codes do not work on reverse tie dye or clearance items. Any clearance reverse tie-dye is final sale.

•  I forgot to use my discount code? Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied after your order has been submitted. You will not be reimbursed if you forget to use a discount code. If you have issues redeeming a code please do not place your order and email northerntiesmn@gmail.com

• When should I expect my order?  All orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days. This does not include holidays (Oct-January), weekends or large drops/new releases - for those allow up to 14 business days. Please allow extra business for large drops. Please note: business days are Monday through Friday.

**Northern Ties does not include insurance for any orders, please email before you place an order to pay the extra fees associated with shipping insurance. Email Jackie at northerntiesmn.com

• Do you ship outside of the United States? No. Northern Ties only ships within the US. Northern Ties does not offer shipping outside of the United States. 

• What is your exchange/refund policy? Learn more about exchanges here.  Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. If you need to cancel your order you will be subject to a restocking fee (this covers all credit card processing fees. Please note, items on clearance (holiday specials/Black Friday), on social stories (IG/Facebook/TikTok stories), are final sale. You cannot exchange these items. Customer is responsible for shipping fees back to Northern Ties. If you send back to Northern Ties without communication you will be subject to 15% restocking fee and/or sending the product back to you and you are responsible for shipping fees. Clearance is final sale. 

• Does Northern Ties price match? No, Northern Ties does not price match from previous sales. 

• What size am I? Please read all descriptions and size charts. If you scroll to the bottom of the page there are also reviews that are very helpful.
